Bernie will provide you with a wedding cake ranging from Traditional Royal Iced to the more popular Sugarpaste.

She bakes excellent Fruit Cake, using fresh ingredients and alcohol to make and taste as wonderful as they look. Available to you are choices of Madeira Cake, Chocolate Madeira, Carrot Cake and Chocolate Biscuit.

From her ideas you can only begin to imagine how your perfect Wedding Cake will look. You can either select a particular design or combine aspects from several designs and leave it to Bernie to come up with the perfect finish for you.

There are many colour schemes to choose from and the styles and flowers picked will ensure you have a beautiful centrepiece on your very special wedding day.
