The Glenside Hotel is situated 2 miles south of Drogheda on the main Dublin-Belfast road (N.I.). We are strategically placed beside the Boyne Valley, steeped in historical attactions. These attractions on our doorstep include Mellifont Abbey, Newgrange and Donore Forest Park with its famous wishing wells and nature trails.

With many championship golf courses within a five mile radius there begins the outdoor sports persons dream. Other local pleasures include tennis, swimming and horse riding at the nearby Castle Hill Equestrian Centre. We are situated 25 miles from Dublin International Airport, 35 miles from Dublin port and 70 miles from Belfast.

The Glenside Hotel caters for weddings of all sizes from the small and intimate up to 200 people. There is a wide selection to choose from on the Wedding Menu and you can can make up your own menus from the choices available. Our wedding package includes a complimentary suite for the bride and groom, a champagne reception for the bridal party, and the usual tea/coffee/juice reception for all the guests.

We also offer a 10% discount for guests who wish to stay overnight. Our beautiful landscaped gardens are ideal for all wedding photographs. We also offer a complimentary anniversary dinner to all our couples.
